双孢蘑菇多糖Abpn100是双孢蘑菇的组成成分之一，具有促进微循环、抗肿瘤及很好的修复细胞损伤的作用。本产品源自世界双孢蘑菇主产区—中国福建漳州。精选符合GAP标准原料，经热水提取、超滤分离、离子交换纯化、低温浓缩、灭菌、真空冷冻干燥等工艺生产的多糖类物质含量≥95%的固体粉末。是目前国内外少见的高多糖含量的天然产品，产品可应用于药品、保健品、化妆品以及食品添加剂等领域。

Agaricus bisporus polysaccharide (Abpn100) is one composition of the Agaricus bisporus, with the promotion of micro-circulation and good repair cell damage. This product is from the world's main producing areas of Agaricus bisporus - Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, China. selecing raw materials in line with the GAP standard, by hot water extraction, ultrafiltration separation, ion-exchange purification, low temperature concentration, sterilization and vacuum freeze-drying we produce high polysaccharide content of the solid powder(≥95%). At present, it is the rare natural products of high polysaccharide content at home and abroad. The product can be applied to medicines, health products, cosmetics and food additives and other fields.
双孢蘑菇多糖Abnp101由阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖4种单糖构成,采用现代先进的膜分离和多种色谱分离技术而获得的单体糖肽物质，该组份通过PAGE电泳，为单一的电泳带，表明多糖Abnp101为均一成份。本中心试验证明：Abnp101对体外培养的人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞和淋巴母细胞性白血病Molt－4细胞有明显抑制增殖效果，具有较好的抗肿瘤活性；尤其对动物急性肝损伤有显著的保护作用。
Abnp102源自世界双孢蘑菇主产区—中国福建漳州,精选符合GAP标准原料，采用现代先进的膜分离和多种色谱分离技术而获得的单体糖肽物质，色谱凝胶测得其相对分子量为11332.18Da，该组份通过PAGE电泳，为单一的电泳带，表明多糖Abnp102为均一成份。经GC测定Abnp102的单糖组成为阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖五种。本中心试验证明：Abnp102对体外培养的人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞和淋巴母细胞性白血病Molt－4细胞有明显抑制增殖效果，具有较好的抗肿瘤活性；尤其对动物急性肝损伤有显著的保护作用。

Abnp102 are from the main world Agaricus bisporus productive areas- Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, China .The raw materials accrods with GAP standards. By use of modern and advanced membrane separation technology and various chromatographic separation technology, the pure glycopeptide substances were got .Using the glucosan gelatin,we measured its relative molecular weight is 11332.18 Da . Through the analysis of the PAGE electrophoresis, it has sole strip belt ,the result shows that Abnp102 is an homogeneous component. With the methods of gas chromatography, the monosaccharide compositions of polysaccharide Abnp102 were glucose, galactose, Xylose, mannose, arabinose. The Centre indicated that human hepatoma cells ,SMMC-7721, and lymphoblast cell leukemia cells, Molt-4 ,were markedly inhibited by Abnp102 in vitro, having a good anti-tumor activity , especially significant effect on the protection of the acute liver injury in animal.
